Sushaki is a lovely Japanese bar-restaurant in Thessaloniki that needed a flyer menu to reflect its wonderful authentic Japanese dining experience. My goal was to create a visually appealing, culturally inspired design that aligns with the brand and engages their target audience.
The challenge was to find a way to combine the beauty of Japanese culture with the preferences of the local community. The menu needed to have a distinctly Japanese feel, while still being familiar and accessible to the people who live here. We wanted to make sure that it was easy to use and that everything was clear.
I had so much fun combining traditional Japanese patterns with a modern, clean layout! I really wanted to create a harmonious design, and I think I succeeded! I’m really happy with how the final flyer turned out! It’s got easy navigation, subtle cultural elements and clear typography, which I think makes it visually appealing and user-friendly.
