Enhancing User Experience in Real-Time Pharmacy Chats.
Medidex Connect is a new app in the US that lets users chat directly with pharmacists to get advice or help with prescriptions. It’s all about making it easy for people to access professional healthcare support right when they need it.
Some users were getting confused by the “Complete” and “Cancel” buttons in the chat, which led to mistakes and frustration. Plus, the info page wasn’t as easy to use as we wanted, making it hard for users to quickly find what they needed.
We revamped the chat screen to make the buttons more obvious and user-friendly, adding icons and clear labels to make actions instantly understandable. We also cleaned up the info page so users can find what they need faster and even take action without having to go back to the chat.
